Indie Wolf has been working with a number of holistic health methods and spiritual traditions for more than 23 years.  She has witnessed the dramatic effect that these practices can have on a multitude of dis-eases, in her own life as well as in the lives of her family, friends and clients.

Upon receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at the University of Colorado in Boulder, Indie worked in an orthopedic medicine-based physical therapy group for several years.  During that time, she also obtained her certification in massage therapy at the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado, and developed a thriving private and corporate on-site practice.  After 10 years in the field, and following her own amazing transformation in a holistic nutrition-based program, Indie also completed her certification in nutrition therapy at the Nutrition Therapy Institute of Colorado.  Excited by the possibilities opening up in this area, she furthered her studies by attending the Natural Health Practitioner program at the School of Natural Medicine, which includes training in iridology, herbology, naturopathy, reflexology, aromatherapy and flower essences.

While working on the final stages of this program, Indie was severely injured in an auto accident, not only giving her the perfect opportunity for deeper self-healing, but clearly redefining the direction of her journey and her work in the world.  Along this path, she has been introduced to many additional healing techniques and spiritual traditions: shamanic ceremony and journey work with Mayan shaman Aumrak from Guatemala; New Thought, completing three levels of Science of Mind classes; Native American ritual and healing practices; as well as Emotional Freedom Technique and a variety of sound healing methods.

In a desire to find a way to powerfully combine all of her experiences and passions, Indie was guided to the Empowered Spiritual Life Coaching program through Coaching from Spirit Institute.  Today, Indie works with clients to assist them in finding their inner wisdom and power, creating an experience of expanding joy, passion and harmony in their lives.  She believes that true health incorporates every level of our being ~ body, mind and spirit! 

In addition to her coaching and health education services, and creating her Spirit Jewelry and Inner Power Tools to enhance your healing journey, Indie has been thoroughly enjoying her role on the management/promotions team and as fan liaison for the phenomenal earth-rock band, Kan'Nal, and is currently writing her first full-length book, "Touching the Sacred through Sound ~ Exploring Music as a Path for Spiritual Transformation" ( http://www.touchingthesacred.com ).
